The Ithaca Alumnae Chapter Penalver Scholarship Award was established in 1986 in honor of Theordore and Marjorie Panalver. This award is presented to African American High School Senior who has demonstrated diligence, strong academic motivation and will be attending an accredited college or university in the fall. The scholarship recipient must show involvment in community service as well as encouraging an appreciation for multiculturism at their school.
